Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, our minimum order is $20 excluding shipping. Because we ship every order direct from our studio, even a single small item costs us the same to process and send as a larger order. The minimum helps us keep our prices fair for everyone.

How much does shipping cost? $6.50 nationwide. Free shipping over $100.

How long will my order take? We order direct from our supplier to our studio in New Zealand, then ship straight to you. Most orders are with you within 14 days. We use NZ Post overnight courier so once your order leaves us it moves fast.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this stage, we're New Zealand only for now.

Because we order direct from our supplier, occasionally a product sells out before we can update the listing. If this happens we'll contact you straight away. You can choose a full refund, or if you'd prefer to wait until the item is back in stock we'll issue you a store credit for half the value of the out of stock item as a thank you for your patience.

For hygiene reasons we're unable to accept returns on jewellery that has been worn or removed from its packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect please get in touch and we'll sort it out.

PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is a coating process that bonds colour directly onto the titanium at a molecular level. Unlike traditional plating it won't flake or peel, and because the base is still implant grade titanium it stays completely body safe. It's the only type of plating we stock.

We're legit, we started in 2026 so our website is fresh, but we've been in the industry a long time. We don't have socials because we don't like them, simple as that. We're just here to sell good, staple jewellery, at a good price.
