Refund policy

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you're entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn't match its description. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at hi@staple.nz and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewellery that has been opened, worn, or removed from its packaging. Please choose carefully.

If your item is lost in transit, get in touch and we'll work with NZ Post to resolve it.
