Terms of service

By placing an order with Staple you agree to the following terms.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. A minimum order value of $20 (excluding shipping) applies to all orders.

We do our best to keep stock levels accurate but occasionally an item may be unavailable after your order is placed. If this happens we'll contact you promptly with the option of a full refund or to wait for the item to be restocked, in which case we'll issue a store credit for half the value of the out of stock item.

We are not liable for delays caused by NZ Post or circumstances outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
