Shipping & FAQ

How long will my order take? We order direct from our supplier to our studio in New Zealand, then ship straight to you. Most orders are with you within 14 days. We use NZ Post overnight courier so once your order leaves us it moves fast.

How much does shipping cost? Flat rate $6.50 nationwide. Free over $100.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this stage, we're New Zealand only for now.

Is there a minimum order value? Yes, our minimum order is $20 excluding shipping. Because we ship every order direct from our studio, even a single small item costs us the same to process and send as a larger order. The minimum helps us keep our prices fair for everyone.

What if something I ordered is out of stock? Because we order direct from our supplier, occasionally a product sells out before we can update the listing. If this happens we'll contact you straight away. You can choose a full refund, or if you'd prefer to wait until the item is back in stock we'll issue you a store credit for half the value of the out of stock item as a thank you for your patience.

What jewellery do you sell? Everything we stock is implant grade ASTM F136 titanium. Internally threaded or threadless, no external threading, no nickel, no cadmium. If it doesn't meet that standard it doesn't make it onto the site.

Why implant grade titanium? It's biocompatible, lightweight, and safe for healing and healed piercings. It's the material professional piercers recommend because it doesn't react with your body. Cheaper metals can cause irritation, delayed healing, and in some cases permanent scarring.

What is PVD plating? PVD stands for Physical Vapour Deposition. It's a coating process that bonds colour directly onto the titanium at a molecular level, making it significantly more durable than traditional plating methods. It won't flake, peel, or rub off with normal wear, and because the base material is still implant grade titanium the piece remains biocompatible and body safe. It's the same process used in high end watchmaking and surgical instruments, and it's the only type of plating we'd consider putting near a piercing.

Can I return or exchange my jewellery? For hygiene reasons we're unable to accept returns on jewellery that has been worn or removed from its packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect please get in touch and we'll sort it out.
